GroundRunner Notifications, Encryption, FTPS, and JSON to Tabular BizApps
Release Date: 22 June 2019
OneCloud will be making enhancements to the platform on Saturday, June 22, 2019, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. EDT. OneCloud will be unavailable briefly at some points during this release, but all chains will run as expected.
We've added some new enhancements to the OneCloud platform including the option to control GroundRunner notifications and the Encryption BizApp.
When you have a GroundRunner installed, OneCloud notifies you if it is has stopped receiving a heartbeat from the Runner. In the settings for the GroundRunner we've added a toggle for each user to opt-out of receiving the notifications.
With this new BizApp we've added the ability to encrypt and decrypt both files and text with some common encryption keys. This BizApp currently supports both PGP and x.509 certificates for encrypting and decrypting data. This is ideal for use cases where the source data for a certain system is encrypted in a document repository, such as an FTP server, and needs to be decrypted before being pushed to a target application. Enhanced JSON BizApp
This BizApp extends OneCloud's transformation capabilities to process ragged JSON data to a tabular format that is universally compatible. View the documentation to learn more.
Connector FTPS servers. With this BizApp commands are provided to download, upload, copy, move and list files on an FTP server. View the documentation to learn more.
Input Search API
There is now a new endpoint in the OneCloud API to allow searching for the previous command runs that contain a certain input value. This is great for finding all of the chains or commands that are interacting with a certain object in your applications, such as searching for all commands that are using a certain Wdata table ID in the Workiva BizApp.
