It is rare, but in some cases, the OneCloud GroundRunners need to be manually upgraded. To do this, please perform the following steps.

Manual upgrade - Windows-Based

  1. Download the latest GroundRunner from the Admin -> Runners -> Downloads directory.
  2. Using the Windows Services Manager, stop the OneCloud GroundRunner Service.
  3. Place the GroundRunner installation file in its own directory such as:
    c:\onecloud_upgrade
  4. Unzip the files in the directory created in step #3.
  5. Navigate the directory structure of the decompressed ZIP file and copy the following two files to the directory where the OneCloud GroundRunner binaries were installed (e.g., c:\onecloud\Contents):
    ocrunner.exe
    ocrunnermonitor.exe
    occli.exe
  6. Restart the OneCloud GroundRunner Services from the Windows Services Manager.
