This BizApp provides the functionality to interact with the data inside NetSuite, including getting the data from saved searches and querying for records. Once this data is retrieved, the data can be transferred to other systems via standard tabular format. For documentation on all available commands, see the NetSuite Command Reference.
Need a specialized NetSuite Command?
If there are specific NetSuite operations that your company is looking to perform email@example.com to discuss the requirements and the possibility to incorporate the capability into OneCloud.
OneCloud connects to NetSuite via the service's published REST API and does not require anything specialized except connectivity to the respective service.
To automate functionality in NetSuite from OneCloud, you'll need to navigate to the connection manager to create a connection.
From here, choose NetSuite Token Authentication from the service drop-down and select the appropriate Runner. Now, enter values for the following fields:
Credentials for the BizApp to use. This connection relies on an Integration being built in NetSuite, as well as an Access Token that is also created in NetSuite.
|Account ID||TextField||The Account ID. You can find this at Setup -> Integration -> Web Services Preferences in NetSuite. You can also typically find this ID integrated into the first string in the URL just before |
|Customer Key||TextField||The Consumer Key of the Integration in NetSuite. If you don’t have the key, you can edit the Integration and reset the credentials.|
|Customer Secret||TextField||The Consumer Secret of the Integration in NetSuite. If you don’t have the secret, you can edit the Integration and reset the credentials.|
|Token ID||TextField||The Token ID of the access token in NetSuite. If you don’t have the id, you must create a new access token.|
|Token Secret||TextField||The Token Secret of the access token in NetSuite. If you don’t have the secret, you must create a new access token.|
|Sandbox||BooleanField||If the NetSuite environment you want to connect to is a sandbox account, you must check this.|
The following is an example of a working connection. Please substitute your own values.
