Connection Setup

Oracle EPM Web Services

You will need to install and configure Oracle EPM Web Services interface and configure the interface to work with DRM. Please follow this guide published by Oracle: Deploying and Configuring Data Relationship Management Web Service API

To test the connection, simply create a new OneCloud Chain with a simple command such as Get Import Names.

Oracle DRM Connection Parameters

The enable OneCloud to interact with your application, you'll need to navigate to the connection manager to create a connection.

From here, choose Oracle DRM from the service drop-down and select the appropriate Runner. Now, enter values for the following fields:

Web Services URLTextFieldThe full URL for your Oracle DRM Web Services (i.e. http://drmobe:28080/oracle-epm-drm-webservices/DrmService)
Service URLTextFieldURL for the API Adapter configured for a Data Relationship Management application. For example: http://localhost:5240/Oracle/Drm/APIAdapter
Product versionTextFieldThe version number for the Data Relationship Management applications
UsernameTextFieldThe username of the user that will run the commands 
PasswordTextFieldThe password of the user that will run the commands 
UICultureNameDropdownFieldIdentifies the language used for localized labels and messages returned by the Data Relationship Management application
CultureNameDropdownField
An identifier for formatting date, time, and decimal values that are sent to or retrieved from a Data Relationship Management application. Any standard specific culture can be specified.
TImezone IDDropdownField
An identifier for formatting date, time, and decimal values that are sent to or retrieved from a Data Relationship Management application. Any standard specific Timezone can be specified.
